Parents can confirm admission to Skylark English School either by visiting the School or Online.
a) Online
1) Complete the online application form.
2) Please ensure that the following documents are uploaded while filling the online application form.
- a. Photocopy of the student’s birth certificate and Aadhaar Card (if applicable)
- b. School leaving certificate (can be submitted later if not currently available)
- c. UDISE Number (Unified District information System for Education) from current school
- d. Photocopy of the previous and current class Report Card
- e. Photocopy of Address proof and Parent’s Pan Card
- f. Passport size photograph of the studert.
3) After submitting the online application form, if there are admission seats available in the respective standard ,an email with a payment link for the first term fees will be sent to you.Parents are requested to make the necessary payment online.
b) Visiting the School
1) please submit the printed application form along with following documents at the School Office.
- a) Student’s Original Birth certificate
- b) Adhar card 1 Zerox copy of
i) Student
ii) Father Parent
iii)Mother Parent - c) Caste Certificate ( 1- Zerox copy)
- d) School Leaving Certificate ( For Primary Section)
- Previous Class Report and Sanchayika.
- d) ID Size Photos of
i ) Student – 2 copy
ii) Father Parent – 1 copy
iii) Mother Parent – 1 copy
